Guild Membership Application Form

Please complete the Application Form in order to apply to join the Guild. It will be considered for approval by a specially convened Membership Committee including members of the same Grade as yourself. If approved it will then be forwarded to the Management Board for approval. (If you see an error on submission this is usually a network error due to your connection speed. GBCT Board Member Nomination & Expression of Interest Form

The GBCT is seeking new Board members. Could you or a member be that person?


Criteria: We ask you to.....

  • Attend a maximum of 6 online Board meetings per annum.

  • Appoint a Proxy: Assign a Board member to feedback on your behalf, if you can't attend a meeting.

  • Actively contribute as a Board member by supporting and responding to the GBCT’s needs as they arise.

  • Review meeting notes and action items in a timely manner.

  • Respond promptly to requests for votes and provide feedback as required.

Nomination of a GBCT member to the Board (Optional)

While collaboration with organisations operating in related fields is valuable to the GBCT and vice versa, individuals seeking nomination to the Board must avoid any actual or perceived conflicts of interest. Accordingly, nominees must not serve as a Board member, Committee member, or Director of any organisation that is the same as, similar to, or in competition with the GBCT. This requirement is intended to safeguard the integrity, independence, and professional activities of the GBCT.
